TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition and in the original packaging, with security seal intact. 

Item/s must not been used in any way. My Perfect Curls has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@myperfectcurls.com with supporting videos so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by My Perfect Curls.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

COST OF RETURNS

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed by My Perfect Curls, unless the product is deemed faulty by us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Return requests for online purchases must be made within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days of making the return request. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

 

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty by us.

 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. My Perfect Curls reserves the right to evaluate each situation case by case and can refuse replacement, exchange or refund if it is deemed the product does not have a fault caused by the manufacturer.

SHIPPING/ORDER DETAILS

Our fulfillment processes are automated and we do not have control how quickly an order goes through dispatch which makes it challenging for us to make changes in your details or in your order. 

However, we suggest that you let us know anyway and we will do our best to make the necessary changes for you (but there is no guarantee).

Please be advised that we are not liable for orders delivered to a wrong address if incorrect details are entered at checkout.
